We have been longtime fans of Seabrook Island and come back every year for a vacation! This rental was definitely in an ideal location near the Pelican's Nest for those looking to use the pool and eat by the water. We also love the included amenity card, which allows us to use both of those things. The property is an end unit, two story townhouse that requires the ability to go up and down stairs. It looks exactly as pictured on the inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas grill on the patio and they provide stuff for cleaning up after yourselves. Biggest note--come prepared with all of your seasonings and baggies when you stay! Beds are *firm* and there are quite an abundance of pillows available. The wifi was great and the hosts made the check-in/check-out process easy. You will need to contact Seabrook directly for the use of an amenity pass. Overall, the stay was great! We'll definitely be back to Seabrook Island again.

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would visit this area again. We highly recommend this location.

We made a last minute reservation for this pet friendly accommodation while we were driving from Tampa as a hurricane approached during our anniversary week celebration. Coastal was quick to respond to our request. Seabrook island was so peaceful. We enjoyed biking, walking and just simply stepping across the street to the beach, pool or dinner. I truly hope to return soon!

Our experience with your property was outstanding beginning with the ease of checking in along with a very thorough binder providing needed info after arrival. Unit was very updated, spotless and provided great views and sunsets. Very pleased with the overall experience!

We loved 721 Spinnaker at Seabrook Island! The house was wonderful! It was newly renovated with love. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was very spacious. We loved sitting on the outdoor porch facing the golf course and enjoyed our mornings on the screened in porch. But location,location, location! We loved that we could walk to the beach club! And we found great seashells and sandollars at North beach. What a great getaway!
