We loved the quiet, low key atmosphere of the island. The villa was perfect. Great furnishings and amenities and location. Very comfortable home. Seabrook amenities are wonderful. So glad we had access to them. The villa was clean and comfortable and fully equipped and updated. The villa was well thought out and loved and is amply equipped to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We hope that the villa will continue to be well maintained over time so we can make this our annual family trip destination! Thanks so much for everything! It was a perfect stay!

Seabrook was so peaceful. We’ve never stayed at a gated community before and it was really nice! The property was very nice! Decorated and furnished well. We lucked in to seeing the dolphins strand feeding one morning, but we had no idea about it before we stumbled upon the group waiting with cameras, etc. I would highly recommend Seabrook for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This has been a wonderful week. The villa is extremely well equipped, particularly if you like to do some cooking. It is beautifully furnished. Walk out the door onto the beach was perfect for our dog. The whole community is so dog friendly. It's close to the Island Club with restaurants. Our first night we went to the more casual bar restaurant and the food was fabulous. They had small plates that were downright cheap! With the amenity cards we had access to the Lake House Fitness Facility with an indoor pool which was very welcome because we had some cold rainy weather. My husband and I also got wonderful massages there, which were very reasonably priced. The rental agent Nancy was great to work with, answering all our questions. We can't wait to come back. Don't miss Walk #4, through some marsh and then up onto pristine white sand dunes with an absolutely gigantic beach. Stunning!

My husband and I just spent two weeks in this condo and it was a wonderful stay. We rented through Coastal Gateways of South Carolina and we could not have been more pleased. This was our 7th stay on Seabrook, and our first time renting through Coastal Gateways. We love the island. Despite being on the Atlantic, Pelican Watch condos get sunsets. The dolphins are everywhere. There are miles of beaches to walk, and endless bike riding and walking. There are two great golf courses. The new club house is beautiful, as are the new beach club which has outdoor pools and the new Lake house which has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center and library. The island is remote, quiet and peaceful, but with all the amenities you need. Freshfields, a shopping plaza with a great grocery store is located at the entrance to the island. Kiawah is at the entrance if you want more golf courses and more choices. We have stayed on Kiawah but like Seabrook much better. Charleston is only 45 minutes away, with endless restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, but with all you need, this is the place. If you are looking for nightlife, look elsewhere. This condo was recently redone and was beautiful, and the rental company is one of the best on the island. Would highly recommend Nancy Buck at Coastal Gateways for rentals. She is the best. The island is dog friendly, for well behaved pooches, and we brought our Corgi. He had a blast. Dogs can run off leash in the off season before 10 and after 5 on the beach. Not all units are pooch friendly, but there are many dogs at this complex, all quiet, friendly and well behaved, and all having fun. We loved the unit! Comfortable and well furnished and stocked.
