Excellent home, excellent host!! Felt just like a family vacation home & loved the neighborhood of Seabrook island!

We have stayed several times in this amazing home. Our family ranging from 74 to 3 years old, enjoy the beach, the home, all the perks and extras at the house. It is expensive, but worth getting a first class comfortable home. System messed up with this review.  It is for Seascape and Not Baypointe Villa

My recent stay at 194 High Hammock Villas was very pleasant. The condo was nicely furnished, appeared to have mostly new appliances, a comfortable king mattress and, surprisingly, a pull-out couch that was also very comfortable. Overall, the condo was very clean, light and airy. The 2nd floor villa overlooked a beautiful golf course and had a good sized shaded deck. The kitchen, while small, was well equipped. The condo felt very spacious, especially for a 1 bedroom unit, and I really enjoyed my stay there. Looking forward to going back!

Very nice property and comfortable to stay in for a week. We enjoyed the dolphins and the access to the beach and restaurants. This villa is a great location! We appreciate that is was very dog friendly. I would recommend having someone look at the outlets in the hallway. Several seemed loose when we were plugging in to charge phones.We had a great stay and will be back! 

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 739 Spinnaker . It is a neat, clean rental with a nice decor . It is in a super location , near the beach , club and golf course . Most mornings on my walk I would see deer. One morning I counted 16 deer ! If I walk on the nearby beach I usually see dolphins . This year I saw two eagles and heard some owls early in the morning . Seabrook is such a beautiful and relaxing setting ! I look forward to visiting again !
