We loved Pelican Watch and seeing the sunset each night along with the deer feeding right off our deck. It was relatively quiet and peaceful. The villa was nicely furnished. All In all a wonderful vacation and we will return.

I have stayed in many of the units at Pelican Watch, Seabrook Island over the years. This unit has some nice upgrades compared to other units I have stayed in. Pelican Watch location and ease of access to the ocean. Liked the Explorie opportunities. We used a couple of them; i.e. SI bike and the St. John Kayak. Overall it was a good stay. Weather was perfect. Villa was nice. Despite spring break, it was quiet, we had very good neighbors who were courteous and respectful.

We enjoyed taking walks on the beach and seeing the multiple pods of dolphins playing within twenty feet of the shoreline and we love taking long bike rides around Seabrook and Kiawah. We also love dining and shopping in Freshfields Village. The villa was beautiful, very well appointed with lovely updated bathrooms. The sofas were very comfortable to relax and watch movies at night. It was greatly appreciated to rent a property that was so immaculate and yet dog friendly. We also loved the large table to play board games.

Property well kept. Awesome room with all you need and more. Never wanted to leave.... beach view is breathtaking... close to sand and water... Thank you... it was awesome

The unit was very clean and up to date. The owners have done a great job renovating the unit. We had a great time, great location, the area & beach was not crowded. It was a very relaxing & stress free week for my wife & I. (& dog) The check in & check out process was hassle free.

We had an absolutely great week at Seabrook (Pelican Watch) and will want to reserve the condo for next year at the same time. We were so impressed with how completely equipped the kitchen was!
