We love this unit because of the first floor access and the opportunity to bring our furry family friend. It's is comfortably furnished and easy to do a quick sweep for clean up. Our ONLY wish would be a larger livingroom television. When we are at the property, we rarely leave the island. That being said, if a big college, NFL football game, or PGA event is going on-we like to endulge. That's our only wish for this property. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent stay and very peaceful. Very clean and reasonably priced. Watched dolphins from the porch. Highly recommended.

It was great! The accommodations were just as pictured online. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the condo. I definitely see us as being repeat customers of 1325 in the future.

Great direct views of Atlantic Ocean, easy boardwalks to beach ending at the edge of sand and corner living room with porch views of water. Views are stunning. Nancy Buck and staff at Coastal Getaways were awesome. Everything provided with planning to activities, shopping and island sights. Enjoyed our visit. We will see ya next year same time. 1325 Pelican Watch was the perfect housing for our stay on Seabrook Island. Unit was clean and cozy and ended up being really close to the wedding venues ! Our little pooch found numerous walking paths under shady trees and hardly any car traffic. We encountered many friendly vacationers during our short stay and there was never any noise or congestion to detract from the beauty of the marshes and beaches. Hope to return someday !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring vacation at Seabrook. Pelican Watch is a favorite of ours and 1325 was clean, centrally located and thoughtfully equipped. We’ll certainly book this unit again.
