We were absolutely thrilled with the condo we rented. It was very clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We so enjoyed our week at 1303 Pelican Watch and hopefully we can return next summer. Thank you so much for everything

1303 was excellent in all respects. That amenity cards were included was a particularly good feature. The seaside restaurant could not have been better. Biking was great. Surf was outstanding. The only downside I heard were complaints regarding beach flies, particularly as to the beach on the Pelican Watch side. That's an island/wind problem, however, not yours. Will be in touch regarding next year.

We loved the atmosphere of Seabrook. Low key, lots of families...we could ride our bikes safely with our six year old. We loved the property we stayed in. We loved how close it was to the walkway and beach. It was updated and clean.

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook. This was our first visit to Seabrook after 28 years of staying at Kiawah. Although both Islands are very beautiful, at this stage in our lives we really enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility of Seabrook. Our condo was outstanding, clean and well equipped. The view was wonderful and we're so glad we stayed an extra week. I thank you, Nancy for all your help in selecting 1303 Pelican Watch and we will be coming back to Seabrook in the future. We loved our four days at Seabrook in Pelican Watch 1303. The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet…..just what we needed. We found all kitchen items to be in good working order and the condo was nicely stocked with soap, detergents and necessary paper products. The boardwalk over to the beach was in excellent condition, and the landscaping at Pelican Watch and all over the rest of the island was beautiful and well-maintained. We had no complaints, from our first phone call to you all the way through to the day we left the island. We'll be back to Seabrook, and thanks for all of your assistance in finding just the right place for our little spring getaway. The stay on Seabrook was absolutely magnificent. The early AM walks on the beach and sitting on the back deck listening to the waves was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was well decorated and equipped with everything that we needed. Thanks and I can't wait for our next mini vacation at Seabrook.
