Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen except for the coffee maker. The coffee maker needs to be replaced, it did not function properly and resulted in a mess after multiple attempts. Definitely enjoyed the large outdoor space overlooking the golf course. Location was perfect being so close to beach and golf course. Would definitely rent this villa again

I think this unit has the best views on the whole island. Layout is great and upgrades are very nice. We enjoyed the golf course, short walk to the beach, and long walks around the island. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our third time back to SI and our third time back in this condo. As always, this rental does not disappoint. Since our last visit, it appears the owners have enhanced the rental experience to make it even more comfortable and inviting. Additional seating both inside and out, new bedding, new decor, and some gorgeous new wood -like tile flooring. The island itself is beautiful and a wonderful place to visit. Seabrook has many great amenities so it's always key to find a place that is so close to all; beach, pool, golf, etc. You can't get closer than this location. I would highly recommend this condo to families and couples to enjoy a beach getaway.

Very close to the clubhouse, pool, and beach. Great view of the golf course.
