Hard to decide what we loved most about Seabrook Island:he location and convenience of the condo; the amenity cards; bike riding; the sunset views from the condo; the Palmetto Room dinner was very good. Our Villa was convenient to the beach, the pools, and Pelican Nest. The unit was well-stocked and had everything. Honestly, it was all great and I cannot think of anything that would have improved our stay. The lake house (indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center) was not included in our amenity cards, but this was not a big issue for us.

Great unit; had everything we needed!

Nicely furnished, super clean, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of clean linens for bath and kitchen, comfortable bedding, great neighborhood, lovely landscaped area, nice washer/dryer, updated appliances, everything you could want in the kitchen, great views of the water - 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. The only negative was occasional noise from the neighbors on the floor above (which is no reflection on this unit's owner). We would certainly come back again.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this gorgeous end unit condo. The condo was spotless, furnishings and kitchen equipment were great, and the location is perfect. We felt that our dog was just as welcome as we were, and the rental included a thoughtful basket of toys and a towel for the dog. We loved this unit and location and can’t wait to return.

It was lovely to be back and the gorgeous weather was a plus. Having stayed in a Pelican Watch villa over fourteen years ago , it was no surprise to have such a wonderful view and easy access to the beach (Sammi loved that!) 1325 was very nice, no complaints.
