What can I say? This is a beautiful property with quick access directly to the beach. Everything was clean and ready to go. The peaceful beauty of Seabrook Island was perfect for me wife and and I to have a quiet getaway from the noise and stress of everyday life. Thank you, Nancy, Lisa, and the whole gang at CGoSC!

Just wanted to let you that my wife and I decided that 1303 could be our yearly rental. Out of the three we stayed in so far we like this one the best. I do feel that you need to have a talk with the cleaning company though because after the woman swept the floor on sunday, and the women can attest to this, it was obvious that the floors were not even done properly. It would seem they need a supervisor to walk the units after they have been cleaned because when we went to use the dryer we found all the towels from the previous renter still in there. My wife folded them and placed them on the vanity in the bedroom. Also yesterday two men from a mold remediation company entered the property while I was in the kitchen. Once they saw me they apologized and walked back out.

We have just returned from our third stay at Pelican Watch on Seabrook Island. The unit is nicely located, very close to the boardwalk and had a good view. We enjoyed mostly wonderful weather and had an overall great experience.

I am so pleased that I had the opportunity to stay at the Pelican Villas on Seabrook Island! This was a lovely property. It was well stocked with just about anything you would need! The decor was beautiful and created a relaxing feel. It was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of storage for all your items. I appreciated the desk area too. Watching the sunsets from either inside or outside on the deck was an experience I will always treasure, not to mention seeing the dolphins swimming by. How cool is it to be able to glance out the window and see a dolphin swimming or a boat sailing by? As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure at this property. That was a priority for me. I was thankful to be able to bring along my dog, too. It was a pleasure to work with you; the information you provided was excellent and I always felt that you were there if I needed anything. The folks working at the check in gate and some of the landscapers/service staff were friendly too. Early in my arrival, I did contact the number on the refrigerator to notify them that there was a light "out" along the walkway and they immediately took care of that. The Freshfields Village was convenient and had many options for things you might be looking for, in addition to some restaurants and shops at the Bohicket Marina.I was amazed at the wildlife on the island! I saw a piebald deer there! I got to see the Christmas flotilla at the Marina too. My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the Fat Hen Restaurant on Maybank highway. I would highly recommend that restaurant to others.

Lovely place to spend a week. Very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the beach and lovely views of the gorgeous sunsets Seabrook Island is known for. The unit has everything you could possibly need - even beach chairs. We loved sitting on the fully furnished deck and gazing at the ocean. Can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed a relaxing quiet time away from work for the first time in a very long time. The Villa was very nice, well kept, clean, & the location was great. It was obvious that this villa has been well taken care of over the years.
