Very responsive host and great space for family of 4!

We loved our stay and our condo was in the perfect location on Seabrook Island. We were steps away from the beach, pool, dining, and the condo was well equipped and suited for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and it nice having a pull out sofa sleeper for our youngest child. The outdoor deck made for enjoyable mornings to sip our coffee. The unit was clean, comfortable and a great home away from home. The nearby beach was fabulous for beach combing and finding shark teeth and beautiful shells. The neighborhood is charming, quaint, well maintained and perfect for families. We will be back again sooner than later.

Our stay on Seabrook Island was amazing. 1345 Pelican Watch Villa was perfect for me and my husband ~ clean, beautifully decorated, every appliance and kitchen item you could need, board games, a beautiful deck with beach chairs neatly tucked away for your use, two full baths, and even thoughtful touches like step stools, candles, coasters, extra blankets, and little toiletries just in case you forgot yours. The views from the cozy deck are gorgeous and the back door to the beach is convenient and cute. Everything in the unit is well-maintained. The icing on the cake is club access. This will be our go-to getaway spot from now on. We cannot wait to come back. The only issue we had was with the wifi. My husband had to WFH during the day and had to buy an Xfinity hot spot to stay connected. But our experience otherwise was too perfect not to give 5 stars. This is our new favorite place!!

Had a wonderful stay with my family (4) and can’t wait to come back. The space was cozy and spacious and we loved the views! It was a treat to be able to watch dolphins from the windows. 😊
