The condo was superb; it has been upgraded with brand new paint. The owners have tastefully decorated it. When you exit via the back of the condo, you are right at the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Everything was well organized and there were no problems. We return to Seabrook every other year for a winter ‘break’; love the privacy of the island, it’s laid back as well as beautifully landscaped. We can also let our dog loose on the beach per winter regulations.

My fiance and I enjoyed our mini vacay with our furbaby. The interior was very nice, exceptionally clean, and had a great view. Very happy that we picked this end unit. Would highly recommend!

Condo was perfect; has been recently upgraded with granite tops, shower and paint. Location GREAT! We frequent Seabrook Island annually in Feb. and this was the nicest unit yet. Walk out the back door and you are on the boardwalk to the beach! Would recommend it for a couple, folks with a pet, small family. We'll be back next year.

The condo was very tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the three different choices of countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The colors were lovely, and the view was wonderful. The beadboard makes a big difference in the entry hall...great idea! The round art piece of the egret is very unusual and looks perfect on the family room wall. The people upstairs were terribly loud with their footsteps and woke us up early everyday, but such is the downside of a lower floor unit. The only things we would have appreciated in an otherwise perfect stay were extra kitchen trash bags and Saran Wrap and/or aluminum foil. Thank you for your time, and please thank the owners for sharing their home with us and our dog, Sampson.
