We loved the place! It was perfect and especially liked the screened in porch.

Our stay in 725 Spinnaker was perfect! All the updates in the home made it so comfortable to live in for our too-fast week. We so enjoyed the wildlife on the lagoon and the golfers enjoying the green. Your instructions for entry and maintenance were great. We immensely enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 725 Spinnaker Beach House. We have rented a lot of properties over the years, and this is one of the best. We especially appreciated being able to call Coastal Getaways and getting a prompt response. We loved the location of the house close to the ocean and were impressed with the upkeep of the complex. The views of the golf course with the lagoon were a never- ending pleasure. Spotting our first Great Blue Heron from the front window was one of the highlights of our visit. I understand that the property was completely remodeled two years ago, so we loved benefiting from the new kitchen and baths. All the outdoor spaces were great, too, with the screen porch being our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were terrific, but a few more dish towels and dish cloths would be good to have. As a bonus, we appreciated having a gas grill. As a testament to our impressions of 725 Spinnaker, we plan to come back next year at the same time.

725 spinnaker was great, comfortable, lots of upgrades and nicely designed. It was close to everything. It was entertaining to watch happenings on the 18th hole and was exciting to see the alligators in the lagoon, (and thankful the house was up off the ground!). We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. Information provided was excellent. It was nice to receive information again a week before our visit. It was great to have our beach chairs waiting on our arrival. We would definitely like to return to spinnaker on our next visit.

We wanted to let you know that we had a great time at Seabrook and found this rental to be perfect for us. As you remarked, the owner's did a great job of remodeling the Villa and it is quite comfortable, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. Also, we wanted to let you know that your are the nicest and most professional of all leasing agents that we have had the pleasure of working with. You were both pleasant, thorough, and otherwise "Great".

Seabrook Island offers a relaxing vacation spot while being close to the historic city of Charleston. We enjoyed viewing the wonderful vistas while riding bikes and walking on beaches and island roads. We took advantage of the delicious low country and southern cuisine that is available at the many restaurants in the area. We stayed at 725 Spinnaker Beachhouse during our winter visit. The location on the 18th green is spectacular and is a quick walk to the beach. The newly renovated villa was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back to Seabrook Island again and look forward to working with Coastal Getaways for our future visits.
