We enjoyed 1325 Pelican Watch. The views and location were most appreciated . Loved the floor and it was clean. Fan on porch old and needs repairs. Could have helped with very hot weather. Would have appreciated knowing about golf cart rentals. The island had great family options ! Hope to return someday soon!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up looking for a place of our own! Unfortunately I didn’t work out this time, but I expect we’ll find the right place eventually. This island is fantastic and the people so friendly and fun! Our condo was well appointed and all staff very accommodating! We will definitely be back!!

We spent a week in this beautiful condo. The place was spotless and well finished. The views are beautiful. Seabrook island is a paradise. Can't wait to visit again.

Nicely renovated very comfortable property. Very pet friendly supplying bowls and some toys. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back next year.

My husband, son and I went for a quick trip and absolutely fell in love with Seabrook Island! This condo was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we would need although we ate out mostly! We would definitely stay here again! The only recommendation I would say is maybe install a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The condo stayed plenty cool but at night there just wasn’t any airflow in the bedroom. We loved seeing all the wildlife and the extra touches for our doggie made her super happy! She discovered the puppy basket as soon as we arrived!! Thank you for letting us stay! I never wanted to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Pelican Watch villa (#1325). The villa is an end unit with fabulous water view from two sides—so very sunny and feels very beachy. The amenities in the villa were top notch and everything was spotless. Outside the villa, we enjoyed the easy walks on the beach and particularly enjoyed eating lunch at the beach club (and enjoying its incredible water view and breezes) which is a very easy walk from the villa. Overall, the villa is just great and we plan to visit again. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to our next visit.
