The condo was great – as was the privacy of the island community – very remote, yet close to amenities. Location ideal and we loved the view of the water. Great bed, and comfy couch/chairs, the place was very clean. It was family oriented – no late night noise (we go to bed early, so this was appreciated). Especially important to us, was the ability to bring our poodle – he had a great time! He met lots of other dog friends on the beach and even learned how to swim. Everyone we met on the beach was super friendly, and the jaunt down there only a few paces. That made it easy going back for water or a quick lunch. Another favorite was Chez Fish – we didn't eat there, but bought their super fresh fish. We cooked every meal, and the kitchen was fine. I should have brought my good knives, as the one’s provided could use an upgrade. Freshfields – which we learned about from you – had all the provisions we needed and was close by. Overall, it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We appreciated you extending our visit with minimal effort. One last thing: a highlight was 1/2 day boat rental from the marina. The staff there was most courteous and accommodating. We saw tons of dolphins and anchored on “shell beach” – bring home some fine additions to our collection. Tell the owners we appreciate them sharing this wonderful space.

Our trip was so nice and the condo was kept very neat and clean. Your state was a lot of fun to visit. It was wonderful. Our trip was AWESOME we will put this on one of our favorites and maybe one day we will get back to visit. Thanks!

We love that Seabrook is private and has the Ocean Club and workout facilities. When we want to get out we are so close to Charleston. The island is absolutely beautiful! This was our 3rd year in a row coming to Seabrook and staying in the same condo in Pelican Watch. We LOVE it!

We had a wonderful time and your condo was so relaxing. We enjoyed a show from the dolphins every morning. We were sightseeing every day, played golf and ate like kings! What a vacation! We will put this on our favorite lists.

We just returned from our great stay at this wonderful condo! My husband and i took our 2 pets and had the time of our lives!! The island itself is like walking out of reality and into a Nicholas Sparks novel and it's only about a 30 minute drive from downtown Charleston. The condo was in great condition and had every amenity anyone could want on a beach vacation. You could walk out the front door to a shaded area and begin a walk through the island and see deer and some of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen. Walk out the back door to a private patio and see some gorgeous sunsets and we saw dolphins in the water on many occasions. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. This was by far our favorote vacation and we will be returning customers.

We just returned from a long weekend at Seabrook and very much enjoyed the island and this villa. The beach was a very short walk and when we weren't on the beach, we were on the porch enjoying the beautiful views. The owner was also very pleasant and accommodating which made this a perfect getaway. The only minor issue was that we did not have a key to the sliding glass door, so you will want to make sure this is addressed before your stay. It was a little inconvenient to have to walk around to the front door with the beach gear.
