Would rent again

Everything about our vacation was perfect. This is the fourth year we have stayed at 1303 Pelican Watch so we actually feel very much at home in the unit. Hopefully, we will return next August.

We are about to leave the property and have enjoyed our stay here again this year. This is the perfect spot to be at Seabrook short of having my own house on the golf course. Thanks again for the way you have worked with us the last three years. I can’t imagine staying in a place you don’t manage. There are some crazy ones out there!

This single room suite was right at the perfect location near the beach. Easy walk down the boardwalk to a peaceful quite beach location. Very clean and nicely decorated, as this location allowed our daughter to also come and visit us and stay a night. Couch is also doubles as a fold away bed sleeping location. My daughter said it was very comfortable to sleep on. I would highly recommend this cottage / suite.

Everything that is needed for a few days away was available upon our arrival. Comfortable furnishings, clean and well organized. This is on our short list for a return visit.
