This is a very nice unit. I have stayed in many different units at Pelican Watch and this one is very nice. The process was easy and the communication great.

The condo and the area where its located is beautiful and relaxing and gives you a taste of what its like to live in a slow-paced community centered around nature and simply enjoying life.

The property was really a great place to stay. The views are beautiful and it’s easy to get to everything. We would stay there again if we come back to Seabrook for certain.

This was a perfect place for us and our adult daughter. The house is clean and very well stocked. It even has beach towels along with every beach accoutrements anyone might need. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porch to eat and watch the alligator and golfers.

ery nice bright, spacious home with wonderful golf course view behind 16th tee on Crooked Oaks. Well enough equipped and decent appliances though really not enough serving dishes and no serving utensils if you do any entertaining. Downstairs master bedroom is a little short on closet space and drawers if extended stay but adequate for say one week or so. Upstairs bedrooms actually have more storage space. White living room furniture is a little dingy but they do allow pets so I guess we can give them a pass on that. Pollen and leaves collect like crazy in March so need to plan on extra yard and porch cleanup services unless you want to do it yourself. The bigger view though is it’s a nice property on a quiet street and good location relative to beaches and golf club. Would return to this home in future and just plan ahead a little better.
