A good stay starts with a great booking company. Costal Getaways. Also the unit was very clean and well taken care of.

Spending time with my sister, and my daughter who joined us for a few days, at the beach which is one of our favorite places. Seabrook Island is one of my favorite beaches on the East Coast. Even with the rain during our stay, including a King tide, none of the 3 of us were disappointed. Pelican Watch Villas is my favorite rental place at Seabrook, with Coastal Getaways my go to when looking for a rental. This Pelican Watch rental unit is the best one that I’ve stayed at since first renting at PW. It was beautifully decorated and clean. I look forward to a future time where I’m able to get away to Seabrook Island.

The location of the property and the privacy of the island was enjoyable! We loved walking around the lake every day and seeing so much wildlife.

Seabrook island and neighboring Kiawah are wonderful. Clean, quiet, beautiful, with great golf and beaches. The condo looked brand new with a fresh updated remodel. The listing was accurate and easily walkable to the clubhouse. Would stay again and really enjoyed it.

Property was as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. No issues with gaining access to property. Could use privacy blinds on bedroom room window and Den window. Would definitely rent again.
