1306 Pelican Watch is one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in. It's awesome.

We enjoyed our vacation at 1306 Pelican Watch. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony was impressive, and we both enjoyed the walks along the beach. Seabrook Island is a great area for a vacation. Safe and clean, and close to interesting places such as Charleston. Thanks for the information which you provided - it was all very helpful.

Pat and my experience has been great at Seabrook for more than 25 years. We find it to be very relaxing and rejuvenating for the both of us. Our only regret is that we didn't work to have ownership at Seabrook before now. As always we enjoyed our morning walk on the beach before breakfast followed with a complete day that included good one on one conversation, reading, watching bowl games and the occasional trip into Charleston to shop and take in dinner at one of the many fine restaurants around town. The highlight of our stay at Seabrook is to toast in the New Year with a great bottle of sparkling champagne on the balcony wrapped in a blanket. We hope to continue this annual tradition in the future and for years to come. We enjoyed the villa and find it very charming to our taste as always. We look forward to you supporting us in this annual tradition in the coming years. No regrets, and Thank you.

We had a great weekend spent at 1306 Pelican Watch Sept 13-15. We found the villa to look just like it did in the pictures and it was so clean. We enjoyed the view and the closeness to the beach the most. There wasn't any information that wasn't relayed to us prior to our arrival. There also wasn't any items that we felt should've been provided that weren't. The only suggestion would be that it would be nice to have a more updated TV, especially in the den. The villa is very nice, clean and convenient. It was a pleasure working with Nancy Buck with our reservations. She was very helpful, courteous and hospitable. We hope we will be able to visit your villa again in the future.
