The thing we enjoyed the most about our Seabrook vacation was getting to see the dolphins strand feed. We also saw more dolphins than we have during any other visit. We of course, also enjoy the quiet and beautiful beaches. The villa we stayed in was beautiful. We've been to Seabrook several times and this was by far the most clean and beautifully decorated villa. We were very happy with it. We were very well informed before the trip. We truly enjoyed our stay at Seabrook and the island, the community, activities and condo all exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Your property management company was very responsive to any needs that arose while we were there. We enjoyed riding on the beach, the exercise programs at the Lake House and the ungrounded golf course. The natural setting, wildlife, and incredible sunsets all made our stay very memorable. The Pelican Watch Villas have a wonderful location with the view and the ability to walk down to the beach and enjoy the dolphins, boats, pelicans, and sunsets. We look forward to returning next year, but as you know are looking for a slightly larger unit and would look for a unit at the other end of the complex. We enjoy the beach, watching the dolphins, the Lake House, and Equestrian Center. Absolutely a 5 star PLUS property. It’s evident that everything is brand new. The kitchen appliances and baths are upscale. The décor is tasteful and appropriate for a beach villa. The furniture is comfortable, especially the bed. The TV set, cable package, and Wi-Fi are outstanding. Everything was well presented on the website. The information package was complete. All interactions with the management company were professional and prompt.

We enjoyed most the beauty of the island, being right on the beach, Rosebank produce stand, the lovely villa, bike riding, watching baby turtles crawl to the ocean. This villa has great bathrooms, great color scheme, comfortable beds, perfect location.
