We love Seabrook, the Pelican Watch, and Coastal Getaways. Our villa was very nice and clean.

My stay in villa 1391 was just perfect and exactly what I needed after a very busy fall ! I am familiar with Seabrook as you know so it was really wonderful to return after 2 plus years. I cannot say enough about our experience staying at the Pelican Watch Villas. It was the perfect first vacation as a family of 3. My husband and I had wonderful time and we created lasting memories with our daughter first trip to the beach. All of your recommendations as far as location and size of a rental were perfect! The instructions were very clear and there was not a single hiccup. Thank you again.

We loved the proximity to a practically deserted beach with warm water and lots of interesting wildlife. Fitted out in typical American style, very comfortable with everything you would need, lots of space and plenty of amenities. Everyone we met on the estate were very neighborly and engaging.

Lovely area. Would highly recommend Seabrook Island Pelican Watch. Used condo as base and traveled to other islands and Charleston. Beautiful beach to walk on and very relaxing. Quite and very secure. Would love to come back someday. Every thing was as the rental's appearance and amenties stated. Property was clan and well maintained.
