We were able to relax and not worry about anything. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask someone on the property and our questions, wants, needs were met with a smile and great service. We have used VRBO several times. We have been extremely disappointed with multiple properties but when we walked in the door at 1317 Pelican Watch Villas we felt like we were home. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Sitting on our patio watching the family of deer feeding on the dunes every morning was an absolute blessing. Walking on the beach, taking video of a pod of dolphins as they swam to their feeding pool was Incredibly beautiful. Although it took us a couple of days to unwind, we were able to settle in and completely relax. The property was quiet yet in the center of everything.

I liked the combination of beach with nature, the lack of crowds, and dog friendliness of the island. Property was exactly as pictures which was very nice. Condo was clean and furnishings were comfortable. Found the entire reservation process went very smooth and was enjoyable.

We enjoyed our time with each other the most, and the surroundings easily allowed us to do that. Wonderful memories were made. We did not want to go home! The property was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, was well maintained, and felt like home away from home. The views of the beach and sunset were spectacular. We even saw dolphins swimming by and a deer on the dunes our first day there. We received all of the information we needed from directions, to getting through the gate, to getting the schedule on activities and where to go within the community, even the weather forecasts were provided. We also understood what was expected of us in terms of our arrival/departure, etc. I cannot think of one thing that was left out. We were provided with everything we needed and were provided with supplies to get us started and through a couple of days. The unit even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use at the beach.Nancy was wonderful to work with, and made everything so easy to set up. I felt comfortable in that if I had any questions or concerns, that I could contact her. We have rented many beach homes throughout the years, and this was by far the best vacation we have ever had. The only thing I would change is that we should have stayed longer. Seabrook is a place that is like no other and we are very grateful that we had the opportunity to visit. All the more reason why we will be back. We would love to rent the unit again!

We loved walking on the beach and looking for shells. The rental unit was very clean. We loved the ocean view. Thanks for letting us add an extra day at the last minute!

We had a wonderful time at Seabrook. The view was wonderful and the sunsets were beautiful. It was so peaceful there. It was especially nice being able to bring our two small Yorkies along. They loved it on the beach as much as we did. We are going to come back again for sure. We made several trips into Charleston. There is so much history there and so many things to see and do. Overall our trip was fantastic.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Seabrook! We love the location of the condo, thought it was stocked with everything we needed. Nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella! The condo was nice! We would not hesitate to rent the condo or rent fom you again and would definately recommend Coastal Getaways.
