The convenience of the condo unit is excellent; great sunset views from the porch; beach chairs were a great help; access to the beach was easy using the boardwalk; condo had all the household amenities we needed; very spacious for a one-bedroom; adequate pillows and linen; washer and dryer were great. Only suggestion is that a ceiling fan on the porch would have been nice as it gets a bit hot in the afternoon. Thank you!

The vila and property is quiet and tranquil. Grounds very well manicured. Convenient access the beach. Love that it’s pet friendly.

This is a beautifully appointed unit right on the end. I love that the balcony has a door that opens up to the back steps and you are right on the boardwalk leading to the beach. The beach is on the sound side, so it is the sunset beach. It is a nice quiet way to start your day. We saw wild dolphins! During low tide you can walk straight around to the North Beach side where you have the crashing waves and the morning sunrises. The unit is dog friendly, as is most of Seabrook Island. Everywhere you go you see people walking dogs! This unit was tastefully decorated in soft, beachy grey tones. It includes washer dryer, dishwasher and modern appliances. I also like that there are two full baths with textured tiles in soft greys and beiges. Lots of extra towels and a very big comfortable bed. There is plenty of closet space and storage space for clothes and books. Even liked the little desk in the bedroom nook. This unit also includes the Amenities card at no extra cost. We loved having access to the clubhouses. Also love the relationship with Coastal Getaways which gives you all kinds of discounts on things like bikes and local tours. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The bed linens were so comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly equipped! We loved that the unit was right beside the boardwalk to the beach which made it so convenient to come and go from the ocean! The management was very responsive to a minor issue we had connecting to the internet; someone was there within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed easily! We will definitely plan to stay here again! Thanks for a perfect week!

Loved it, despite the cold. It was a great location and I loved that it wasn't crowded. Teenagers wanted to come back.
