Had a great five night stay. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and biking to the beach club. House was nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed several meals on the screen porch. Fave nearby restaurant was Salty Dog at the Bohicket Marina just a bit outside the gate.

Perfect spot for a peaceful escape. We really enjoyed our time on Seabrook Island. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s a quiet area with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach. A great spot to relax and get away for a bit. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa was very nice.

We love 778 Spinnaker Beach House! We have rented it again for 2026, which will be our third year there. The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach, and looking out over the golf course gives a sense of more outdoor space. The house is open, airy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We hope to continue returning for many more years

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seabrook earlier this month. We had stayed in 546 Tarpon Pond a few years ago and appreciate the updates that have been made - some new furniture and washer/dryer (I think). It was a great place for 3 couples to spend time together since each couple had their own bath. Of course, I enjoyed the week we were there by ourselves too. The kitchen was well equipped (my husband is the main cook in our house and he said it was one of the best equipped kitchens we have had). We also had our small dog with us. He really enjoyed the sun room. We always enjoy staying in the Tarpon Pond community because it is so ideally located to North Beach and the Beach Club facilities. We can ride our bikes to either place. We look forward to our next trip to Seabrook.

The place was amazing. Great condo. Beautiful view of the marina. It was very easy to get to the beach from our location. The only thing that I would suggest in the future is not as many emails during check out and registration process. It made things confusing at times. But overall we had a wonderful time in an amazing place.
