Thank you for a great short stay at the Atrium Villas. Steps from the 1st tee(s) and the pool. It was a great spot, perfect size for two adults and two little kids and space for more. Definitely would jhighly recommend to anyone and hope to return.

We rented this villa on Seabrook Island. It was clean and beautifully furnished. We had a slight issue with the cable but the management company was spot on and fast in fixing the issue. My only compalint would be the patio furniture was very worn and not really fitting for entertaining. Besides that I would reccomend renting this Villa to anyone. 4.9 stars

We had a great visit to Seabrook recently. The villa we stayed in was wonderful. It was updated, clean and conveniently located to the pool and the beach. Thank you for always being so helpful and quick to respond when we have a question.

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and the balcony view of the ocean was magnificent. We enjoyed the large balcony, how clean the facilities were, the close proximity to the pool, ocean, and dining facilities. Bike riding was great fun and the waterfowl in the marshes were spectacular. The exercise facilities and lap pool at The Lake House were awesome. We thought that your name of Coastal Getaways were most appropriate as the property felt private, secluded, and quiet. It gave us a most relaxed feeling. Thank you for all the advance notifications. The instructions made everything so easy. All in all this was our best beach vacation ever!! Thanks for everything!

The island is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. Location to the beach and balconies provide great views. In spite of the cold weather the property is really great.
