Renting was extremely simply. The communication was easy to follow. The listing description was spot on. The Island is beautiful and interesting. Can’t wait to come again.

For couple and small families that want a quiet and beautiful front row experience on the SC coast, Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is a MUST visit destination. My wife and I have enjoyed 2 visits with our dog and we will be back. We have always found these villas to be clean, comfortable, and the ocean / river views are the best. The rental process with Coastal Getawsys is so easy and the staff communicates so well. We love it.

Beautiful setting so close to the beach. The condo was very nice and decorated tastefully. The property manager, Nancy, was extremely attentive and responded to all of my questions prior to my stay as well as during. Would not hesitate to rent with this company again. Thank you for allowing me to get some much-needed R&R!!

We love Seabrook and Pelican Watch is our favorite place to stay. This unit was perfect for me and my wife. The condo is well equipped and in great location. We will be back on Seabrook for Thanksgiving.

A quiet location off the beaten path. Beautiful and relaxing with lots of nature: Sea Turtles, bioluminescence, dolphins, sting rays, horseshoe craps and crabs not to mention beautiful early mornings and sunsets!! A great getaway from the grind of the city! A perfect place to take the kids!
