Lovely, quiet setting with condo right on a beach. Very peaceful (not too "fancy") setting. Close to Charleston area for activities. Used the club for dinner one night, and it was great. Unit was immaculate and up to date. Lovely condo, lovely area, fantastic weather -- could not have expected more. REALLY GREAT time. We will visit Seabrook again.

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed everything and have absolutely no complaints.

Every thing was wonderful. The villa had everything we needed and it was clean. Beach is just steps away. Went sight seeing in the am. Then we would get back and go to the pool in the afternoon. Every night on the beach to watch the sun set.

This year, we had one of the most memorable visits at Seabrook that we have had in a long time. It was great to go back to Pelican Watch. Thank you again for recommending this villa. WE would like to make another trip down to Seabrook yet this year. Our visit was one of a kind! The weather was perfect and the people were very nice at Pelican Watch. ALSO – we enjoy watching the dolphins each morning from our balcony and watching them strand over 4 times that week. Our days consisted of staying on the beach or in the boat on the ocean, riding our bikes to the pool and around the area! What more could you ask for…..

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican! The kitchen had everything we needed and the villa was beautifully updated. We loved watching the sunset and walking out to the beach morning, noon, and night. We adore Seabrook and I think you are aware that we've tried to purchase a Spinnaker villa. If it works out, we will do beautiful renovations and we'd love for you to be our rental agent. You do a great job!

Thanks very much for your follow-up. We had such a wonderful time on Seabrook Island. We had never been before but we'll definitely be back! 1306 Pelican Watch was absolutely wonderful. So clean and well-equipped and very nicely decorated. The views are gorgeous. We spent every moment we could outside on the patio! Everything you provided was simple and easy to understand....check-in procedure at security, lock box for the key, check out procedures, amenity cards, etc. etc. Thank you so much for making everything so turn-key for us. Our young boys (ages 7 and 5) had a blast running in the waves, searching for dolphins, examining all the jellyfish that wash ashore and riding their bikes along the beach. They especially liked the kids pool...the other ones were too cold for them :-) Thanks again. We really appreciate it.
