We loved the location, it was perfect for our first solo "family vacation" with our 10 month old son. The layout of the unit worked well to put him down at night and enjoy the sunset/afternoon on the back porch. The ceiling fan was key during the record breaking heat/humidity. Proximity to the pool was fantastic. The only issue with the unit was the stemware. There were exactly 3 wine glasses and none of them matched. No champagne flutes.

This villa was perfect for me & my 2 girls & dog! I was able to book last minute & extend my stay. Coastal responded quickly to my requests & made the reservation & check in process very easy! Thank you so much for arranging this for us last minute & being so accommodating with extending our stay!

We enjoyed the location at the confluence of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean, and the gorgeous view from the back porch. The property was attractive and clean. We were completely satisfied with it.

The condo was very clean. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the peacefulness of Seabrook. The condo is bigger than it looks on line and it is quite comfortable. Everything was great. Thank you!!!!
