Great experience in spite of the tropical storm. Every detail was handled ahead of our stay which made the vacation all the more relaxing.

This unit (1305 Pelican Watch) is well appointed, cheerful and beachy. Has everything you could need and right by the path to the shore. A perfect location for sunset photos and the deck has a nice table and chairs to enjoy meals. I have been to three condo units at Pelican Watch and this was the best in my mind. The owners have nice touches, like a guest book and a binder with local information. I added a couple of brochures to it. I always bring my own toiletries and kitchen basics, but this unit had nice soaps, shampoos, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, etc. which I did not use, but was most appreciated. I would recommend both this particular condo and Coastal Getaways to anyone who wants a nice, simple, relaxing vacation at the beach.

We had a fantastic time in Seabrook Island. The accommodations were wonderful, the housekeeping was top-notch, and the amenities offered within the condo were exceptional. Well-stocked kitchen! First impression was a very clean, orderly space, the bedroom linens and bathroom towels and area were very clean and inviting. We would love to use this space again for our next visit to Seabrook Island. Very impressed with the area and loved the private beach area.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and imagine we will be back and would enjoy using it again. We especially appreciate being able to bring our dogs.

My wife Katie and I loved your condo! It was perfect for our needs and the view left us in awe. The private beach access and Boardwalk were amazing and we went for two walks a day with our beagle-terrier Quimby. It was her first time seeing the ocean and she loved frolicking in the sand and water. Also, thank you for the access cards. I managed to go over and play the Crooked Oak golf course and I loved it (shot really well). Honestly the only thing we really wanted or wished for would have been a grill to cook on. Steaks in the oven aren't as good as on the grill (I managed tho). I would recommend your unit to anyone. Thank you again for everything.

It was so relaxed. The beach was not crowded and it was so close and convenient. We really enjoyed biking and seeing all the deer. The property was great. It was the perfect size and it was great to have two bathrooms. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were provided all information we needed.We had everything we needed. There were even some additional items that came in handy in the kitchen for the meals we cooked. We had a wonderful time.
