Pet friendly floors; comfortable bed; great view; kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils; clean; unit had cable but no premium channels; beautiful private community; I may retire there!

This was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and spending time with good friends who own a place a few doors down.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch. It is a great location with a lovely view of ocean from the balcony. The beach is only a short walk away. The place was well equipped although I'd suggest the additions of a cutting board and a large pan or cookie sheet. The kitchen was nicely updated and the bed was comfortable. I'd rate the cleaning at three stars. The bathroom floor still had the last occupants hair on it. And, while I understand that Saturdays are busy, that is to be expected and hopefully the cleaning staff can plan for it. The place was not ready at 4pm and then there was confusion when the cleaners left the place at 4:30 leading us to assume it was ready when it was not, and then we had to wait for them to return and finish. All things considered though, I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay in 1391 Pelican Watch Villa and I enjoyed it as much, if not more, than my first stay there two years ago! The unit is furnished tastefully and the kitchen has just the right amount of dishes, pots, gadgets etc - no clutter which is important to me.

The property was clean, fairly well stocked and comfortable. It provided everything we needed. The linens were nicer quality than some rentals, which was appreciated. The floors were not totally spotless, but overall the unit felt clean. We would stay here again. The island is beautiful. Peaceful, well preserved and maintained.

We couldn't have picked a better spot to have our 10 year anniversary!! So thank you very much! The property was excellent. We couldn't have been more happy with how clean, well stocked, and updated the villa was. It was perfect and we appreciated all of the spices, cleaning supplies, etc that were left for us. The amenities of the Club and the Ocean View/Walk. The Club exceeded expectations and the service was excellent. The walks along the beach and views were our favorite past time.
