We found Seabrook island to be a wonderfully relaxing place. Pelican Watch, with its view of the Edisto river and the ocean and the two beaches, offers the best of everything. We were very happy with the unit that we stayed in.   You did a very good job in your pre-arrival information packet.

This is a very pleasant villa. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. The furniture including the deck chairs are comfortable. A bookcase and books, battery operated candles and other small touches make the condo feel like a home. On the negative side the back door could only be locked from the inside and the glass shower door in the small bathroom hangs crookedly and can only be opened by lifting it quite a bit. We therefore, rather than break the door more, decided not to use that shower. We did enjoy our stay at this villa very much, loved its location and the unbelievable view. Definitely a place to relax at.

Our Seabrook vacation was very relaxing, and peaceful. The villa was lovely and understated in decor. The information we received about our stay was spot on and very helpful.

We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful and uncrowded very nice beaches. This property is very nice and perfect for a couple. It was well equipped and we would be happy to rent it again.

We had a WONDERFUL time! I enjoyed the sunset on the ocean the best I think. Also, everyone was SO friendly! People talked to us everywhere we went. The property was beautiful. The condo was so homey and larger than I expected. It was very hot while we were there. I think I would have liked to have had a unit that didn't have the solid walls on two sides of the porch, so some air could get through. I loved how the whole island was so eco visual; so many trees and plants of all sorts. We loved how quiet it is there and conversely how we could find good, live music nightly when we went out. Freshfield's was quaint and we enjoyed our meals there. Our FAVORITE restaurant was Heges. It was incredible!!

We enjoyed the beaches on Seabrook and the Pelican Watch Villa was lovely and well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for helping us arrange a last minute getaway.
