There's a elevator and a couple of carts that are available to get your stuff up to the second floor from your car. This alone makes it a 5 star for us! Beyond that, the location is safe, quite and within a 4-5 minute walk to the beach or a 2-3 minute bike ride. The clubhouse and pools are just a bit down the road. The interior of the condo looks to be all brand new but feels like a boutique hotel with all sorts of cool stuff to look at, including some pretty cool art that really looks great. There's 3 huge TV's with cable so everyone can have their own show on and relax. Basically there are 2 master suites here on opposite sides of the condo which makes it great for 2 couples. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining which makes it easy to entertain and have fun. It looks like the exterior was just renovated as there are new handrails and tile on all of the outside courtyards. The view out of the rear (floor to ceiling windows) is a beautiful oak tree overlooking the golf course. The overall experience of being at this place is very relaxing. We're going to stay there next time we go to Seabrook.

Our family has at stayed several other places around Seabrook Island, and this villa, is by far, the most welcoming and "nicest" that we have experienced. The brand new furniture and beautiful high-end decorating create a relaxed, modern, beachy feel, and every amenity was is in place to ensure that our vacation was wonderful. There was even a large electric griddle for a big batch of pancakes and bacon! We could tell that the owners outfitted this villa with comfort and function in mind. We were also REALLY pleased with how large the bedrooms and living areas were. Some other Seabrook condos we have stayed in felt cramped and had really small bedrooms. The king size bed in the master bedroom was just dreamy! Also, there was also a TON of storage space...large closets, and an extra vanity area in the master bedroom that we used to as a place to charge our electronics and house all of our "daily" needed items like beach bags and camera. The peaceful views of the live oaks trees and the golf course from the back of the villa were just gorgeous, and the open floor plan was perfect for our needs! There were several spots to sit and read and yet still be a part of the action in the dining and living room. The well stocked, spacious kitchen was just lovely! Best of all, the beach and pool are just a short walk or bike ride away. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, luxurious retreat on Seabrook Island!

Whomever owns and designed the interior of this condo has really done it up. It feels like a high end hotel or vacation property at a 5 star resort. It's open, airy, well designed, comfortable, easy to enjoy and is just a short walk to the beach. If you're a design snob or prefer to stay in boutique type hotels with character and attention to detail you should seriously consider this place. We've been to Seabrook Island about 12 times and have stayed at this condo 3 times now. It's simply amazing. All of the furniture is new (as of Spring 2015) and the overall feel of the interior is very hip and comfortable without being too 'beachy' like soooo many beach places tend to be. The covered, underground parking keeps our car cool and easy to get to. The elevator is AWESOME, especially with beach stuff and groceries. The floorplan and design are very easy to enjoy and can easily hold 2 couples as it basically has 2 master suites. The extra nook with the pull out couch is a great place for 1-2 kids and the reading nook is a nice getaway with great views. The library of books could keep you entertained for months and the original artwork throughout is anything but ordinary. This place is a gem. Did I mention it had a fireplace and panoramic views of the golf course and oak trees? There are 3 brand new flat panel TV's (I think 50 or 55"?) and each room has its own HD cable box. The beds are super comfy, there's tons of storage space in the dressers, closets and other areas so you can bring your whole wardrobe if you want! It's a 9 minute walk to the beach (at Pelican Watch) or a even shorter bike ride or car ride. The main pool area is just down the road and you can be at Fresh Fields in about 12 minutes by car. There's not many better places in Seabrook. We've stayed at most of the "Sea Loft/Dune Loft/Tree Loft" type condos and while it's nice to have a separate house, the elevator and underground parking in this condo make it a better option for us. No more hauling bags up stairs! We have kids that range from 2-15 so we really like the benefits this place offers. If you're thinking about trying a new place for your annual visit to Seabrook or are considering Seabrook for your next vacation. Be warned- once you go here you'll likely want to come back year after year. It's private, the beaches are clean and virtually empty, it's a short drive to Charleston and the nearby shopping at Fresh Fields offers just about everything you'll need.
