The unit felt fresh and new.The balcony was large and comfortable. Everything worked well and we were happy with our experience.

Beautiful surrounding scenery and wildlife in view every direction. The deer were everywhere. Parking was generously laid out with plenty of luggage carts. We will be coming back.

Thank you for a great short stay at the Atrium Villas. Steps from the 1st tee(s) and the pool. It was a great spot, perfect size for two adults and two little kids and space for more. Definitely would jhighly recommend to anyone and hope to return.

We rented this villa on Seabrook Island. It was clean and beautifully furnished. We had a slight issue with the cable but the management company was spot on and fast in fixing the issue. My only compalint would be the patio furniture was very worn and not really fitting for entertaining. Besides that I would reccomend renting this Villa to anyone. 4.9 stars
