This was a wonderful spot for a special birthday, anniversary celebration! The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was very clean & there were plenty of towels. Less than 20 minutes away we were able to take a dolphin cruise & go kayaking. But the best part was the wonderful view from the porch & less than 5 minute walk to the beach! As an added bonus we were greeted by Nancy, I believe, with a lovely bottle of wine. We would definitely vacation here again.

Condo was nicely renovated, appointed and very clean. It’s in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, deer and many birds from the deck. Our stay was too brief to enjoy all the property had to offer and unfortunately weather was also chilly so hope to return. Only suggestion would be some sand chairs so could really relax by water. We would recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed the quiet beautiful landscaped community, beach, and abundant wildlife! It was great to watch deer eating right outside the porch! The property we stayed in was 1331PW and it had all of the comforts and immunities of home! It was beautifully decorated and recently remodeled throughout! This is a wonderful home and you can tell the owners have pay attention to all details! There was even fire wood on the porch, starter logs, matches, and directions how to get the permit to have your fire on the beach! This was a first for us and a wonderful surprise! The house provided all items you would expect and many more, no recommendations! Also, there wasn’t anything you should be aware of with the house except it is a beautiful property! Only other comments are this was a wonderful and relaxing place and we highly recommended it to anyone looking to spend some time in Seabrook Island!

We come once or twice a year and have never stayed in the Pelican Watch units. However, we very much enjoyed this particular unit. We were anticipating loud neighbors and other "close quarter" issues. I think the upstairs resident is a full-timer because he came up the stairs around 11pm each night and that is the only time we heard anyone. So, anyone worried about the noise...this downstairs unit is not an issue at this time. This unit has had a very cute "beach" makeover. The unit was pleasant. I really think the unit should have two beach chairs (even the small sand chairs would work). Every encounter with Nancy Buck over the 12 years of visiting Seabrook has been extremely helpful and professional. We have rented from every property manager in the area. Nancy puts the others to shame. I know that Nancy does not know us from Adam, but she is always awesome. I just wanted to make sure to pass this along. I did not have this experience renting from the other company a few times. In fact, we rented large oceanfront homes from the other company twice. The prices were over 5,000 for the week both times and the experience was sub-par in terms of professionalism, cleanliness, etc. The maintenance of just the homes was underwhelming. Anyway, I have never taken the time to fill reviews out in the past, but I wanted to make sure your company gets this feedback. Oh, and we love the new bags!
