Even though a tropical storm blew through one day, our stay was enjoyable! Quiet beach was just steps from this ocean front condo. The view was wonderful. Condo was nicely furnished and clean. Kitchen was well equipped for what little cooking we did. Seabrook is a quiet community but Charleston is close by if you want to shop or sightsee.

We enjoyed being able to get away for a week just to relax. We loved exploring the shops in Freshfields Village, eating at some local restaurants, visiting a few of the local sites around Seabrook Island, and walking along the beach. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful; very clean and nicely decorated. I have back problems and was initially worried that the mattress would be uncomfortable. We were both pleasantly surprised that the mattress was so comfortable and supportive. Both bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. I prepared most of our meals “at home” and couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen in which to work. We loved eating at the beautiful dining room table where we could look out at the water! The living room space was gorgeous. The couch and chair were very comfortable, and the TV was positioned in just the right spot for viewing. We used the outside table and chairs only once, but found the space very inviting and comfortable. We especially liked being able to get to the boardwalk and beach directly from the outside area. It was also very convenient to have a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The landscaping outside of the condo was very nice and well kept. The garbage area was conveniently located, and parking was never a problem. We found the stairs were easy to navigate.We had a wonderful week in Seabrook Island and can’t wait to return next year.

We enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing ambiance on Seabrook. The Pelican Watch was perfect for us and the decor was beautiful.

We always love the restful, peaceful and relaxing ambiance of the island and the Pelican Watch location. 1306 is a very lovely, well-appointed villa. The furniture is very comfortable, and nicely decorated and the kitchen is "well-stocked" with necessary items. We appreciated having the nice beach chairs and the beach mats available.

The location of the Pelican Watch Villas was perfect. The view over of the mouth of the Edisto River flowing into the Atlantic Ocean,,, and the SUNSETS!!! The villa was decorated very nicely. Everything was very clean and in good order. We appreciated having the second full bath. The view from the second story balcony overlooking the mouth of the Edisto River was perfect! We believe the information package provided was very complete; right down to the directions on getting to the villa from the security gate. The house was well equipped for our purposes. A good amount of dinnerware and all of the cooking utensils needed for our stay. We had a lovely visit to Seabrook Island and the villa at 1306 Pelican Watch had a lot to do with it.

We loved the quiet solitude of the vacation and walks on the beach, Being January, did not think we'd see the dolphins in the inlet, but there they were, awesome site. The villa was clean and up to our expectations, the view was spectacular. We will spending a lot of time in Seabrook this year, until we are finished building our home, and we will definitely use Coastal Getaways as our rental agent.
