We love going to SeaBrook Island! And we always stay in one of the Pelican Watch Villas. This one was very clean, had everything we needed, except for food of course. Only thing I would recommend is, they need to clean, or replace the carpet.

Really clean! Great location! Loved watching the deer off the porch early morning! Beautiful sunsets directly from our porch! Steps away from the ocean! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect for hitting the beach. Very close to the beach club for a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend this villa. Awesome for viewing sunsets! It was so nice to see the deer each day on the island. My dog also like sitting on the deck!

Seabrook is a great place to vacation. We always come and it’s very enjoyable. Very nice that amenities card were included. Good location, though a little noisy when family is in unit above. Clean and in great condition! Information from your office and your staff was A#1.

Our chosen unit was being repainted, so we were upgraded to the second floor unit. We loved it!
