The character of the island itself is what we love the most! Quiet, preserved, and beautiful! Having stayed many times in 1346 PW, it is our favorite villa. We love the location, the nicely appointed furnishings and decor, and it is well stocked. There were no bath mats in the villa, which meant that we had to use towels. Bath mats would be helpful and useful. Having first rented a pet friendly house that was sub par to our Seabrook experiences for the past 26 years, we are so grateful for the exception that was made for our dog on this trip in allowing him to stay in 1346 PW, which ensured for us the usual and expected wonderful time we hope for at Seabrook Island when we come each year! Thank you again for taking good care of us! We have shared Seabrook Island with many many folks over the years, and always refer your company.

We Loved Everything!! - the weather/beach/pool/bar/activities. Thank you for the discounts with Coastal Adventures! We took advantage of the discounts on bicycle rental and golf at Stono Ferry. (We also did fly boarding at Hydrofly at the Ashley River near Brittlebank Park - it was awesome - would recommend to all) We have been coming to Seabrook since 1994 and this unit is right near the top for best-ever that we have rented! The kitchen, the beds, the deck furniture and beach accessories, the decor and the size of the unit were awesome!!

mentioned this last year. The homeowners need to upgrade their cable AT LEAST for the summer months. Watching standard definition tv on a high definition tv makes the picture slightly blurry. It'd be better to either have a standard def tv with what they have now or a high def tv with hd programming, one or the other. I really am stunned they don't have it. All 3 of the places my brothers/mom and dad rented had full HD television programming. On a rainy days and later evenings, watching this blurry picture was a little bit of a bummer. Heck, if I would have paid an extra $15 bucks for my week to have HD television programming instead of the blurry picture. Tell them to raise the rental price $15/wk and that extra $60/mo easily offsets the increase in Direct TV costs. The HVAC is a little messed up. Maybe you fixed it since we left? When we arrived, the first room on the left was warm and stuff as was the first room on right. We lowered temps on both thermostats and left the doors open to cool them down. The whole condo cooled down. That night, we shut the doors to those rooms and in the middle of the night I had to open my door again because it wasn't getting enough A/C. My daughter across the hall didn't open hers and when I went in their in the morning it was muggy and too warm. I ended up sleeping with my bedroom door open pretty much every night. So, something is amiss. I'd get an HVAC tech there asap. Of note, I forgot to mention we couldn't get the TV to work in the bedroom on the right when you first walk in. Nothing but static no matter what we tried.

We had another wonderful week there and would like to go ahead and reserve for next year. Great memories made with the family. Love the fitness place on the island and access to grocery and restaurants. The condo was nice, clean (for a beach house) and functional. All in all, a great week.

As you know we had a wonderful time. Two weeks were not enough. The property was excellent. Cannot put into words how beautiful the view(s) were. That was worth the price of admission. Thank you and look forward seeing you in the future
