If you want to get away to a peaceful beach scene, this Seabrook has it. We enjoyed the proximity and access to the beach that this property had, and the area was very dog friendly. When we arrived everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the cooking tools and appliances that we needed to cook all week. I will be recommending this place to friends and family and we hope to visit again in the future!

Pelicans Watch is such a nice property and this unit did not disappoint! Clean unit, comfortable, and quiet. Convenient access to the beach and pools! We will definitely be back. Thank you for keeping such a nice property!

Great views

The villa was very clean, dog friendly and close to the beach. We loved the porch area, just wish it had a couch or hammock to relax on while reading on rainy days. We also loved the entry system with the key box but I would feel more comfortable with a lock on the back door going to the beach as well. It was very quiet and relaxing and we will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch on Seabrook - so much so that after our first night on the island, we called Nancy and asked if we could stay another night! You can't go wrong with this property. Nancy is great to work with-answered all my questions in a timely fashion and we even got a discount on a variety of activities when we booked with them. (we rented bicycles which we used every day to ride to the Pelican's Nest restaurant) Secondly, the place was very clean and comfortable-even the couch was comfy to sleep on! Thirdly, Seabrook is so quiet and serene. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place for you. And lastly, it's also close enough to Charleston to get away for the day if you'd like to explore all this great city has to offer. Thank you, Nancy for sharing your beautiful home with us. Seabrook is definitely a place to go for quiet and relaxation. We thought Hilton Head was laid back until we visited Seabrook :) Pelican Watch was ideally located for water and sunset views, beach area was also very nice. We were very pleased with the unit we rented (1391). The owners have done a nice job furnishing the unit and paid attention to details; very nice all around. And it was refreshing to be able to rent a pet friendly place without being charged such a huge pet fee. We take extra care that our dog doesn’t mess anything up, so it was nice to find such a well cared for unit that allows pets.
