Restful

Very good location. Perfect for a few (2 or 3, maybe 4) people. The only thing I was surprised about was 3 hundred yards to the east, the beach disappeared at or near high tide. The moon was full, so maybe that made a difference. The porch was a wonderful place to relax, and watch the ocean and sky. Each evening deer would pass by on the doon. Family dogs were everywhere. No issues with pets. Leashes were the pet owners discretion. Golf, a beautiful course, was less than a quarter mile away. The cost was reasonable for the end of October. Will stay again, and highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay for a couple, especially if they want easy beach access. It is beautifully decorated and well provisioned. The first floor location makes it so easy to get out to the stroll to the beach. The management company is excellent and very friendly. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our time on Seabrook Island! We will definitely return. The access to the beach was ideal.

The location and cleanliness of the condo was great and Seabrook Island is a beautiful Island. We had a great time and are looking to return again next year.

We had a great time at 1303 Pelican Watch. The villa is located right on the beach and boardwalk access is very close. The villa was clean, the bed was comfy and had all necessary cooking supplies. We loved walking on the beach in the mornings and enjoying all that seabrook has to offer. Take advantage of the discount bike rental, we biked all around the island to explore. Highly recommend driving to dinner at Wild Olive and Royal Tern and grabbing a beer at Low Tide. Hope to be back soon!!
