This unit is part of a secured, and expansive resort quiet community on Seabrook Island managed by a property management company. This unit was very clean, easy access, walkable to the beach, and had covered parking for a single car. the kitchen was equipped with an outdoor sunroom and outside decks with seating on both floors. We enjoyed our getaway here. thank you.

Both the bedrooms and common areas were spacious and comfortable. Management was very responsive. Would definitely rent again. Only downside was limited parking without blocking in other cars, though we squeezed in at least five cars one evening at dinner -- we were having a family reunion with some family members staying at other houses.

This was my second trip to SeaBrook island and I’ll be returning for another. This home has an excellent layout, screened in porch for early coffee or late night cocktails. The pool and 2 minute walk to the beach is perfection. The layout was ideal for all of us and we had plenty of space for all we wanted to do . The proximity to live music on the water, restaurants, and even a short trip to Charleston make this home ideal.

We had a fantastic time at Seabrook with friends! The location was amazing and had a wonderful time enjoying the beach, swimming pools, horseback riding, and all nature has to offer – deer, birds, ducks, and even alligators! The house was perfect with great, up to date furniture and decor! Plenty of room for us to stretch out in the two separate entertainment areas or come together in one when we ate or play games or watched TV. All the amenities you could ask for: great outdoor chairs on the porch to sit and have coffee in the morning , a grill to cook out if you want, and of course washer/dryer was nice to have as well even on a short trip….. Super clean, convenient to everything – will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay with Coastal Getaways. The condo was amazing. The screened in porch was a perfect way to get outside without having to worry about any bugs. It was directly across the street from the pool which was perfect. Note that the pool does not allow outside food and drinks (though not strictly enforced when we were there) and the options were very expensive. This is more a PSA rather than a comment about the condo because it was perfect. The host was great about sending information and recommendations for the area. Our daughter loved the equestrian center in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this as a vacation destination.

We enjoyed our stay so much on Seabrook! The house was very clean and a great location!
