When you want to relax, this house should be your destination. The house was very clean and in good working order. It had a lovely view of the ocean and was right next to the boardwalk. The screened-in-porch was wonderfully comfortable and a great place to eat lunch and relax.

Loved our stay! Perfect location and love that each bedroom had its own bath. Gorgeous deck and porch. We will absolutely come back!!

My wife and I, and our two fur babies, had such an excellent stay. Truly right on the beach and next to the boardwalk. Low tide is at least a 100 yard wide beach. The house is unbelievably open with an operating fireplace and an epic ceiling in the main room. Even though it was the middle of December and generally chilly, we hung out on the large deck overlooking the gorse and the ocean. Sunrises were beautiful and we sun bathed and read during the day. Collected plenty of shells and took our doggies to the adjacent dog-friendly “off-leash” area that is within a very close distance, daily. Such a good time. Money well spent. We love Seabrook Island and we love this property. Very fortunate to have found such a nice property whose owners accept guest and their four legged friends. Caleb Bottoms

We loved this beach house. It was very clean and spacious. We especially loved the location. Just a short walk on the boardwalk and you were on the beach. It was well equipped with everything you need...even a great beach cart to transport items to the beach. We will stay here again.

We had a great time and the weather couldn't have been better. There are deer that roam on the island. They have some resturants for convenience and a grocery store that's well stocked that has anything from steaks to pizzas freshly made too. We had great views from our villa and beautiful sunsets. Our villa was great it had a screened porch and sun deck. The layout of the villa was just right all bedrooms had a bathroom. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Great time, will be back

We just spent a week at this house and could not have been happier! We all know the feeling of planning the trip, packing up, the long drive, last minute groceries and FINALLY you arrive. Well, when you pull up to this house your expectations are not only met but exceeded. The setting and location cannot be better. Upon opening the front door and seeing the view of the ocean over the dunes you can begin your relaxing vacation. The house is bright and sunny and spacious. It was in great condition and very clean. We love to cook and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The beach just a short walk down the boardwalk. The back deck has lounge chairs and a outside dining table that we very much enjoyed. The weather was perfect for our week but if there had been any rain or possible mosquitoes the huge screened porch would have been perfect for dining and relaxing. We had 2 families there and the bedrooms worked perfectly. The master is amazing with unbelievable views of the ocean. Our girls enjoyed the bunk beds with their own bathroom (and all the game boards that were there.) From making our reservation, to check in, to departure, the management at Coastal Getaways was fantastic. Everything was easy and all questions or concerns were addressed immediately. We could not have been more pleased with this house and our week at beautiful Seabrook and we hope to return again soon.
