Beautiful condo with one of the best locations on Seabrook!

We loved it and were so happy to have a nice, clean place with gorgeous views of the ocean - and pet friendly. Our little dog Riley is very well mannered and completely house trained. But, understandably it can be challenging to find nice places that allow him to come. And we do not travel without Riley! 😂 The bed was comfortable, the updates were so nice, there’s nothing I could say bad about it! If the owners ever want to sell it please tell them to call us. The amenities across the street were perfect, loved renting bikes, going for walks, sitting on the balcony. Just perfect!

We absolutely loved our trip to Seabrook and our stay in the Atrium Villa. The location is amazing if you want to be close to the beach, pool and golf course - you can walk to any of these in minutes. The unit itself was in great shape and is well situated within the Atrium Villa complex. Many of the units these have pretty public facing balconies, near stairs and what not. This particular unit, however is quite private. All rooms have great views and balcony access. Nancy and her team were great as well, everything went smoothy and was well communicated. We cannot wait to go back!

This was an updated unit, close to the beach and the golf course. It had ocean views and a spacious open deck. The property was well maintained and had everything one would need.
