Beautiful beach house and perfect location! From the moment you open the door this clean and updated villa welcomes you in. On our recent stay, we enjoyed great views on several of the outdoor decks and utilized the outdoor grilling and dining area for relaxing meals. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to find everything we needed and the Keurig was an extra bonus. After a day at the beach it was time to relax and the comfortable family room furniture was perfect! The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds super comfortable as well. There was plenty of storage for our luggage so was easy to unpack and make ourselves at home. We just left this amazing villa but we are already planning our next trip back. This villa was our favorite and can’t wait to return!

This was our first trip ever to Seabrook Island and this house made it so amazing!! The house and location were perfect and made just relaxing very easy. The property was in the perfect location with beach access, club access for the pool, and ease of getting to and from the house. The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The furniture in the house and the way in which it was arranged made eating together as a family and relaxing to watch tv very easy. The kitchen was laid out well and had all the dishes, pans, and utensils we needed. The washer and dryer made it easy to pack less for the week and to maintain clean towels. There was not one thing we went to look for that we did not find. The labeling on the light switches made it very easy to know what switch would turn on what we needed. I could go on and on. Loved the key box, we actually did not take the extra key inside with us anywhere which was really nice. I have never taken a vacation where we rented a house before and after our experience with this house and Coastal Getaways I would certainly consider renting a house. I can’t say enough good about our experience.

It contains beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and games. Even bocce ball. Plus it has a wagon for taking all this stuff to the beach. Love Seabroook and happy to have found this Spinnaker!

The home was beautifully appointed with lovely furniture, linens, and all the kitchenware you could ever need, even down to two types of coffeemakers and crackers for the crab legs we steamed. It was the most complete kitchen we have ever encountered in the many homes we have rented. The owner successfully anticipated what a guest would need for a fantastic beach vacation. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, a wagon, beach toys, a cooler, and even kites! It was a perfect home for two couples, or in our situation, two couples and a toddler. The downstairs bedroom is more like a little suite with a door that closes off the hall to the bathroom and bedroom from the great room – very private. Thank you Coastal Vacations for arranging for the delivery of a toddler bed. It was there waiting for us when we arrived. The location was perfect – less than a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk to a beautiful beach -- perfect for long walks, sunning, playing in the sand, flying kites, swimming and fishing. The Beach House pool and café is a short walk or a quick bike ride. Loved that this townhouse was an end unit. You almost forgot that there was an adjoining townhouse – very quiet and relaxed area – a family of deer visiting was a daily occurrence. We had a wonderful week in Terry’s beautiful home, and look forward to staying again in the future.
