Amazing condo! Beautiful views of the marsh! Very clean. Great location!

Beautiful property, great location, and close to everything Seabrook has to offer. The home was spotless upon check in. It also was well supplied. I'm just sad I had to go home! Would definitely come back!!

I would have to say 2105 Bay Pointe Villa has to be one of the nicest units on Seabrook. The interior of the unit was beautiful along with amazing views out all the windows. We hated to leave and look forward to returning in the fall.

This was my second stay at this condo. It is very peaceful and refreshing with the panoramic views, with hints of the sunrise in the morning as the birds were fishing in the high tide, to the stunning orange and purple colors of the sunset directly outside in the evening. Both bedrooms are spacious and accommodating with king sized beds, full bathrooms, and closets. I loved the rain shower head in the master shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, and the dining area takes advantage of the surrounding view. Quick access to tennis courts, the pool area, and the beach make this an extra special place to stay. We really enjoyed collecting shells on a beach walk one morning. Everything you need, such as the grocery store and restaurants, is close by, but the condo itself feels quiet and serene away from the hustle and bustle. I cannot wait to return for my next stay!

We loved every moment of our stay at this beautiful and peaceful condo! The panoramic window views are incredible at all times of day. In the mornings we enjoyed seeing the high or low tide, shrimp boats going out to sea, and birds catching their breakfast. In the evenings, we looked forward to watching the pink painted skies during the sunsets. We stayed in and cooked most evenings because the kitchen has exceptional appliances and every possible utensil or dish needed. The smart TV and fireplace made for cozy evenings in, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The condo was very clean and had exceptional decor. The location was quiet and great for accessing the bike trails, beach, local horses, Fresh Fields and Bohicket Marina. Our most exciting moment was witnessing the dolphins stranding on the beach. Absolutely breathtaking! Thank you for offering your condo as a vacation rental that we will come back to year after year! We can’t wait for our next peaceful getaway there.
