This home lives up to its name -Sensational Villa! The location can't be beat - a short walk down a lane to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. The inclusion of bikes, wagons, a beach tent and chairs is so helpful! We left a Styrofoam cooler behind for others to use. The bikes came in handy for riding to the pool. The kitchen has everything you need - blender, Keurig, tons of dishes and glasses, etc. The sheets were obviously a high thread count as they were very soft and the beds were comfortable. Freshfields Village is super convenient for groceries and restaurants. You may want to pick up a bag of ice and matches (if you plan to use the grill). Our grown kids used the Xplorie card for paddle boarding near Bohicket marina. They also enjoyed the loft sun deck. You can not go wrong staying at this home!

This is the second time renting this villa. The location is perfect - right across from the beach. The lot overlooks a large lagoon with tons of wildlife to just sit and watch. The upstairs is perfect for kids, especially with having an additional bath. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever. The only complaint is a couple of the TVs need to be updated. We will be staying at this villa again next year for sure!
