Our first time in seabrook island. The house was amazing. It was spacious, clean and is in a wooded area. Place looked exactly like the pictures here. Beach is about 3 minutes drive and was not crowded at all, Everyone enjoyed the bike ride thru the community. (You can rent them, owner emailed us places to rent). House had everything we needed. Even had a tool set when I needed to fix my little one's training wheels :) Wi-Fi was helpful. Lots of space for children to have fun. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of sea food places to try. If you need variety you can drive to downtown Charleston. Call ahead since most places fill up during holidays.

Our family has stayed at 'Chateau by the Green' during our past two summer vacations. The villa is the perfect place to stay on Seabrook Island for a family of 2-8. The villa is always impeccably clean and provides all the amenities needed to enjoy your Seabrook Vacation. I always enjoy the screened patio overlooking the fifth green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course. I spend many evening hours on the patio reading books and listening to the island sounds. The large, well equipped, kitchen provides enough room to make a large meal and for all family members to enjoy spending time together. The villa is within biking/driving distance to the incredible beach/swim resort. The villa is in the "wooded" part of the island where you feel pleasantly isolated surrounded by beautiful, natural lush vegetation and guaranteed to see deer. Finally, 'Chateau by the Green" is only about 35-40 minutes from Charleston, S.C. where we always spend at least two days enjoying adventures including ghost tours, dining, carriage rides, shopping, and other activities we enjoy! The owners provide amazing customer service and are available at any time to call if needed. Our family adores Seabrook Island and plans to spend all of our future Seabrook vacations at 'Chateau by the Green'. We highly recommend 'Chateau by the Green' for your Seabrook Island Vacation!
