We really enjoyed the location of this property, the unit was on the end. It was attractive and well maintained. Parking is convenient. The beach was very private, and we saw amazing wildlife during our morning walks. We also were close enough to walk to the beach club.

We have stayed at 6+ condos in this complex and I have to say that this home is by far decorated the nicest of any. Also the location of the unit is great because it is in the last building so if you have pets, it makes it the easiest home to take them out from.

We spent a week here the second week of October. We really enjoyed the condo. Everything was clean when we arrived and everything worked great. The views from the deck were great. Location was wonderful, we walked the beach everyday and saw dolphins swimming multiple times. Access to the beach was easy. The place was very quite at night which made for very restful sleep on the comfortable king sized bed. I highly recommend this condo.

I emailed separately that we noticed some dark spots on the wood ceiling in the family room after heavy rain. While this did not affect our stay, the homeowner might want to make sure s/he doesn't have a roof leak. Also, while the patio door locked, unlocked, and slid easily, it could be opened slightly while locked. The homeowner might want to check that out for security, heating and cooling loss, and any possibility of water intrusion.

This property is top of the line, and in the perfect spot on Seabrook. Within walking/biking distance to pool and clubhouse. Views from balcony are perfect for sunsets. Was pleasantly surprised to have washer/dryer wish I hadn't realized. Makes it very convenient.
