This one bedroom, pet friendly, condo is perfect for a couple and their canine best friend. It is comfortable and well equipped, but what makes it really great is it’s location overlooking the Edisto river where it meets the sea. The view from the porch is beautiful and the beach is just a boardwalk away. And if you prefer an Oceanside beach instead, Seabrook Island has that too!

Our Condo was beautiful, clean and well kept. The location was wonderful. My family ranged in age from 17 to 83 years old - and they all enjoyed our time at Pelican Watch. Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, loved the view from the balcony and the easy to walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Fun watching the deer gaze early in the morning and evenings. Loved watching the dolphins on our daily beach walks/rides. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We made most dinners in the unit and had everything we needed. Loved Seabrooke Island. We will be back!

The furniture was comfy and the place was very clean upon arrival. The ladies at the rental company were so friendly and a pleasure to work with. The view from the porch was gorgeous and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. It is a condo so there is no privacy really but it is still a beautiful place to be. I would definitely stay here again.
