Great location and convenience to amenities! Well-stocked kitchen, and space to stretch out for all family members, including pets!

We always enjoy our stay at Seabrook, it is a beautiful island, wonderful beaches etc., 725 Spinnaker is our favorite Beach House.

We completely enjoyed our vacation at Seabrook at 725 Spinnaker. The beach house was welcoming, spotless, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view was wonderful especially for Isabella, our dog. She enjoyed looking outside and lying in the warm sun during the afternoons. The beach house was close to the pool and ocean across the street. We watched the sunset several evenings. Thank you for an excellent vacation. We certainly will consider 725 Spinnaker for another family vacation.

This home was light, bright, updated, and very well stocked. We felt very comfortable there. We so enjoyed the location of the Beach Club House. Great place - hope to stay again for next Charleston Summer Classic!

We love Seabrook Island and really it’s hard to say what we enjoyed the most but we had a wonderful time taking my son to the beach for the first time! The Spinnaker was lovely. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was clean and very welcoming. It also has a great view of the golf course which we loved and it was very conveniently located. The house really was lovely. We would stay there again. Thank you again we look forward to being back at Seabrook soon!

Our family loves Seabrook and have been many times. This was our second stay in this villa and will be our villa of choice in the future. We love the new touches that really compliment the existing decor. You can tell that the owners have paid attention to detail including the fully stocked kitchen. The view of the golf course and lagoon are amazing. It is so much fun to have your coffee in the morning watching all of the wildlife! The location is perfect which is within walking distance to the beach club and clubhouse for dining. We also enjoyed Pelican Beach which is across the street. We look forward to our return.
