We absolutely loved this location and the villa. The space was ample and the views were amazing. The unit was well-equipped as well. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely rent again. Sunsets were beautiful. Bedrooms were awesome. Kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Use of the amenity cards was terrific. Had a wonderful time at the pool and the Pelican Nest for dinner.

We always enjoy Seabrook Island, one of our favorite places to visit to relax. Our little grandson loved the Pelican Beach and the water. The unit was very accommodating for us. Lots of room to move around and spread out. The view was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most everything we needed to stay there and enjoy the place even in the evenings.

Location is fabulous, set up was perfect for us and the unit was well appointed and had everything we needed. You all do a great job and I appreciate your helping in both finding this unit and getting them to allow our dog. Lots of dogs in that complex.

The character of the island itself is what we love the most! Quiet, preserved, and beautiful! Having stayed many times in 1346 PW, it is our favorite villa. We love the location, the nicely appointed furnishings and decor, and it is well stocked. There were no bath mats in the villa, which meant that we had to use towels. Bath mats would be helpful and useful. We’ve stayed in this villa since it was first remodeled and opened as a rental. It is in need of some fresh paint, and a deep clean. Having first rented a pet friendly house that was sub par to our Seabrook experiences for the past 26 years, we are so grateful for the exception that was made for our dog on this trip in allowing him to stay in 1346 PW, which ensured for us the usual and expected wonderful time we hope for at Seabrook Island when we come each year! Thank you again for taking good care of us! We have shared Seabrook Island with many many folks over the years, and always refer your company.
