The unit was designed well with deck allowing access to the boardwalk to the beach. The furniture was comfortable. The mattress on the bed was soft in the middle resulting in sliding towards the middle and having to climb a little to get out. Did not interrupt our sleep. We would highly recommend this unit . The information provided was very thorough. Did not need to contact you. However we used two GPS systems and both ended once we got on Seabrook Island Drive. Luckily we just kept driving and ran into the gate where the gate attendant apparently had our name and gave excellent directions to the unit. Of interest on Sunday night an alarm went off on all the units. I grabbed the instructions provided to find a number to call. On the first page it had the office number and a cell phone which I called and left a message. Realizing it may be some time before getting a return call so I turned the page over and at the very bottom was the number for Security who answered the call and provided good information about what was going on and the response already in motion. I was able to go back outside where everyone was gathering and let them know. Might/might not want to move that number to the front page. Might not because one of the group outside said he had been there many times and nothing like that had happened. In summary had a great experience. Thanks

It was our first time vacationing at Seabrook Island and although the gate pass and check in process seemed a little complex, it turned out to be very simple and we LOVED our stay. The whole island was just what we had hoped it would be, BEAUTIFUL!!!! Everything was gorgeous and peaceful. The condo was perfect. The only item I would disclose is the mattress is very firm.

My wife and rented a one bedroom condo that had an organized and efficient floor plan with an open deck with access to boardwalk to the beach. We were on the very southern part of the island on the Sound that leads to Edisto River but the beach was great. Very private and few people on the beach if that’s your thing. It is ours. Getting in was easy with the instructions provided. Did not have to bother the staff with picking up a key or instructions as they were thorough as mentioned above.

We have spent a week at Kiawah each year for the past 25 years. Over that time, we have decided we enjoy the rivers around Kiawah more than the ocean. The views and wildlife are spectacular. Dog-friendly places are getting harder to locate on Kiawah, so we decided to try this villa in Pelican Watch on Seabrook. It had all of the ambience of Kiawah, except for the lack of bike trails. The villa was the perfect fit for the two of us and our dog. It is right on the beach and overlooks the Edisto River where it meets the ocean. It is also right next to the Seabrook Club and golf courses. This unit was very clean and well supplied. We would definitely come back.

Once again, Seabrook Island did not disappoint! Jerry and I had a wonderful time. The property at 1325 Pelican Watch was superb. We enjoyed the brightness, openness, cleanliness, comfy furnishings and good kitchen amenities. The close proximity to the ocean and pool is an understated bonus. A highlight of our trip was observing the dolphins strand at Captain Sam's Inlet. Our enjoyment of God's creation was second to none. The only thing we didn't like was leaving that beautiful island...
